About Us

10th June 2009 : We started this website around 6 years ago in the hope that it will become a great encouragement to Australian Christian Police as well as to those that do not yet know the Lord's Love for them.

We are sure that there are many within the nation that are currently praying for our Police Force and we pray that this site will encourage many more to join this body of believers.

Without the Police in place in our communities we would not know the happy and secure lifestyles that we now enjoy. They draw a line between light and darkness, good and evil, setting boundaries that hold back crime and ensure our safety.

In areas of society where minorities challenge these boundaries, we can be comforted by the fact that the Australian Police force is at work, on our behalf.

We invite all who desire to live "Peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness" (1 Tim 2:2) to join us in upholding the authorities that hold such vital positions in this nation.

About Link-Zone

The Police Website is part of Link-Zone's vision to encourage and support Australian Frontliners wherever the Lord has placed them.

Between 2001 and 2006 Link-Zone produced the Sentinels Prayer updates in the hopes of being a "Catalyst for Prayer" for Frontliners in this nation. The desire to pray for our Police came from our work on Sentinels.

At the end of 2006 we decided to organise timely and insightful resources into a website that focusses on frontline issues. We realised that Prayer Updates information and links become old too quickly and that we needed to source articles that help believers understand "how to think" about today's issues. There are some incredible authors / ministries out there and we are blessed to be able to help their message reach a wider audience.

We believe that God is a God of strategy, that He has placed His people in every dark place in the earth and is using them in amazing ways to share the message of His wonderful Love, Grace and Mercy.

We are convinced that the Lord wants to share His strategies and plans with His people and that we must position ourselves to hear His voice and be ready to pray or act as He leads.

The bible very clearly calls us to pray for those in authority :

"I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone- for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness." (1 Tim 2:1-2)
